Similarly to the uniqueness of a handcrafted building, most of the price offers are different and thus it is not possible to give a common square-metre price.

A price offer which is based on the customer’s wishes consists of two parts:

  • BEAM PART + ROOF STRUCTURE

Wall logs, gables, beams, internal walls, external walls – hogbacked, tenoned, packed.
Installation accessories: packing materials (linen felt) between beams, tenon posts and tenon beams (for installation of doors and windows). Ready to install windows and doors.
Concealed fingers, threaded beams and bolts.
Roof structure completed in the factory.
Roof trusses + purlin
Terrace barriers and posts and auxiliary materials needed for installation thereof.
Erection of the log part on the pre-made foundation.

  • BEAM PART + WODDEN ASSEMBLY

Materials for the roof

Ventilation and insulation straps, roof underlay material, gutter and gable boards, vapour barrier and finishing boards, straps.

Ceiling floor materials

Straps, floorboards, vapour barrier, building board. Floorboard scantling to fix boards.

Floor materials

Floorboards, straps, under beams and if necessary materials for subfloors, floor tiles, moisture barrier.

Doors Windows
Straps, window sills and fittings, if necessary. Fastening and installation accessories.
Stairs, barriers, handicraft or machine work, as requested.

Sauna materials
Sauna bench, sauna door. Ceiling and wallboards including necessary framing.

 

All our products are provided with a warranty of 2-5 years.
